In light of all the seeming commotion in the world, we feel it is necessary to say something here, dear one. Who You Really Are is unaffected by the seeming situation surrounding this virus, but the logical process here is to take the precautionary steps while maintaining in your mind that nothing of this world is truly real. Hand over all feelings or thoughts of fear to the Holy Spirit for correction. Remember, you are not a body but you are Spirit forever. Spirit operates from Love, not fear.
What is the most loving thing you can do or think in this (or any) situation? Instead of entering into the fear that seems to be kicked up all around you, turn to Love. With a peaceful state of mind and being, take the logical steps provided by tuning into the wisdom that comes only from within. Again, you are not a body and this is true for all of your brothers and sisters. You remain as God created you, which is Spirit, Who Is Love. Be gentle with yourself and with everyone. This is a time of coming together in love for one another. Do not push against the seeming situation, but be gentle and compliant in peace and in love. Be and breathe the Presence here and now. The Presence will never change, nor will you, in Truth.
It is not uncommon for major shifts to occur around times of seeming turmoil. The shift really is how you proceed and how you think, choosing love and peace over fear and conflict. You are loved eternally. Never think that you are abandoned or without help. We are always with you. You need but turn your attention, your focus, onto the Presence and keep your mind fixed on God, Who Is Love. Change your mind about what you may currently be perceiving, if you find your mind in fear. Remind your mind of this: death is not real, in Truth. Bodies may die, but Who You Really Are is eternal and unaffected forever, remaining perfect in the Heart of Love. All is well, and you are blessed. You are loved eternally, and you are never alone. Namaste.
